Glenville Timberwrights

Glenville Timberwrights is a locally owned company that has been in business since 1984. Formerly located on Highway 113 in Baraboo, Wisconsin, we recently moved into our newly-built timber frame offices and workshop at 1301 Lake Street in the Devils Lake Industrial Park in June, 2009.

Owners Tom and Sue Holmes are the founders and driving force behind Glenville Timberwrights. Along with Les Pennington, long-time associate and general manager, and Heather Geyman, our designer and graduate of the UW-Milwaukee School of Architecture and Urban Planning, we are prepared to answer your questions on the many facets and applications of timber framing.

Timber framers

Our talented crew of timber framers, Scott Riedl, Zach Klett and Jason Williams are true artisans of their craft and take pride in the quality of their workmanship. They employ old-world joinery techniques to create and then erect the structures that make up the frames of our beautifully designed homes and buildings.
